- Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 7–15 business days worldwide → USA / Europe / Australia / Canada: usually around 10 business days → Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically within 24 hours of shipment.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
- In the rare event of loss or severe damage during transit, we will reship or fully refund your order at no extra cost.
