Shipping Policy

• Processing time: 1–5 business days after payment.
• Delivery time: approximately 10 business days worldwide (7–15 days depending on location and customs).
• Tracking number will be provided once shipped.
  
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer (except for defective or wrong items — we cover it).
• Please contact us first to get the return address and RMA number.
• Refund will be issued within 3 business days after we receive the item.
