Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
2. Estimated delivery time: approximately 7–15 business days worldwide → USA / Europe / Australia / Canada: usually around 10 business days → Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance.
3. A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
5. In the rare event of loss or severe damage during transit, we will reship or fully refund your order at no extra cost.
